I've only gone to this location twice and both times were terrible. The first time I went I ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes and only received 1 meaning I had to go back and get it. The second time they messed up almost every single part of my order. I ordered a burrito with no beans, a crunch wrap supreme, 2 drinks, 1 fry, and 2 empanadas (1 caramel i chocolate). I received only 1 drink, 2 caramel empanadas, and there were beans inside my burrito. The worker had even come over to confirm the no beans before she made it as well, which makes no sense. Not to mention the wait, it took well over 20 minutes for both orders. Don't come to this location unless you want them to mess up your order.

I specifically called this Taco Bell right after placing my delivery order to inform them of my allergy and requested that all items be made with hard shells instead of soft shells. The employee agreed and confirmed the changes. However, when I received my order, every single item was made incorrectly with soft shells… completely disregarding what we had discussed. On top of that, my drink was handed to me without a sealed lid or separate bag, leaving me unable to trust that it hadn’t been tampered with. Due to both the allergy risk and the lack of basic safety precautions, I had no choice but to throw the entire order away. Extremely disappointing experience.

As semi frequent enjoyers of the establishment, me and my wife have recently not been pleased with the service. We went out the other day and picked up a burrito and for the 2nd time in a row, the rice inside was crunchy and hard, this completely killed my wifes appetite. On top of the food not being cooked (at all) the service has been mediocre. As me and my wife are both former customer service workers, we understand that it can be both stressful and busy in an environment such as taco bell, but we find that the service, in both busy and dead hours, is consistently negative, with our orders constantly having aspects that were forgotten about, such as missing drinks and missing items.

3rd time disappointed, done with this location. The wait in the drive thru was way to long. They didn't have any churros, fries were luke warm, woman at the window had to ask what my order was, got the drink wrong on the order when she asked me what I ordered, drink wasn't even ready, she had to ask two people to get my drink after my food was ready, three people standing around that I could see and a funky smell coming out the window. Serious decline in service. 97 st

I’m honestly glad this isn’t my local Taco Bell, because this was a pretty disappointing experience. I was passing through Edmonton and stopped in for lunch during peak hours, so I do understand that it was busy and seemed understaffed. That said, the quality and accuracy of the food really missed the mark. I ordered a Diablo Buffalo Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Luxe Box, but what I received was completely different no Diablo Buffalo sauce, just sour cream and pico, and the chicken was plain original. The nacho fries were barely seasoned and didn’t seem like much care went into preparing them. I also ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito (sub beef), but it came with steak and crushed hard taco shells instead of the fiesta strips, which was odd and not what was expected. On top of that, I had to ask for drink cups and hot sauce while staff walked past without acknowledging me, which made the service feel inattentive. I understand that things run out during busy times, but I would have much preferred being told and offered a refund or alternative instead of receiving something completely different from what I ordered. Overall, just not a great experience. Hoping this location can improve on both communication and food quality.
