  We have had bad experiences with this location every time we've been here, whether drive thru, ordering inside or through doordash. Always slow, even when they're not even busy. Quality is sub par at best. We had to wait over two hours for our order to arrive tonight and it came cold and soggy. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Waited for 20 min , checked the staff they’ve missed it about to cancel order and said its just 2 min to make. Not worth it. First and last. ! Waited for more than 20min for the 2 min order.

  Dirty, poor service, the cooks were cussing like crazy, we had to flag someone down just to have them take our order, and they got our order wrong. On top of that, I waited well over an hour for a whole separate order I put in on Uber Eats a few days ago. This place has gone way downhill.

  Ask for beans supreme Chalupa, which literally have shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato onion but while ordering on drive-through receive this shit as is only with some beans, sour cream and some tomatoes I did spend $18 on just one Chalupa and one bean and cheese burrito and I am getting this place is worthless. I would not recommend anybody to go and experience KFC and Taco Bell at this location.

  We arrived today at 10:55 PM to place an order; however, we were informed that the store would be closing until midnight the following day due to shift changes. Despite a prominent sign indicating that the store operates 24 hours, there were no customers or queues present, making it feasible to change shifts within the half-hour timeframe. This situation is quite unreasonable.
