This place is by far the worst taco bell/kfc Ive ever been to. First of all the service is so bad, i ordered a taco, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink from tacobell. It took at least 20-30 minutes to get my food because after like 15 minutes they didn’t even start my order and forgot my fries. The place it self is also not so great, there are flies flying everywhere. The employees work so slow and they take their sweet time. A couple of people ordered after us and got their meal before us which doesn’t make sense when they basically ordered the same thing as us. Also i ordered a baja blast the green one and ended up getting a purple one. In my opinion the self ordering is bad aswell it’s glitchy and takes so long. Overall this is the worst Taco Bell / KFC in Edmonton and i am VERY disappointed, don’t visit this location. Do better tacobell.

How can it take 35 minutes to get some tacos and fries? Ordered by the kiosk and stood there waiting, while skip orders are flying out. 25 minutes. Finally the employee comes and asks for my name and I tell her, she looks through a pile of order slips and sees mine, then turns around and tells the manager that our order hasn’t been started yet. He said “I know” and then they finally start to put it together. Sloppy, poorly put together, no napkins, forks, etc. no apologies, no accountability for such a late order. Never again to this location.

It's a brand new location. It's already dirty. The washrooms were gross. We asked for a table to be cleaned. They forgot the hot sauce that comes with it. It took forever for the food, clearly understaffed and the portions are tiny. I ordered the crunchwrap and there was not even an once of meat in it.

Very disappointing experience at KFC/Taco Bell tonight. We arrived around 11:00 PM and, despite the restaurant advertising that it is open 24 hours, the drive-thru attendant told us they were doing a shift change and wouldn’t reopen until 11:30. There was absolutely no sign posted explaining this, so we waited in the parking lot and came back at 11:30. There were already two cars ahead of us and several behind us. Once we finally reached the speaker, we were asked to wait. We waited 12 minutes just to place our order. When someone finally took the order, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the wait—they seemed rushed and barely communicated with us. We paid over $50 for five tacos and a small popcorn chicken, and then waited another 18 minutes at the window for our food. By the time we finally left, it was midnight. I have honestly never spent half an hour in a fast-food drive-thru before. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. When we got home, our drinks were wrong, the gravy was missing, and the tacos were extremely disappointing. A $5 taco should contain enough filling to actually be worth $5. These had maybe a spoonful of meat and so little filling that we ended up combining the fillings from multiple tacos just to make one decent taco. I completely understand that it was late at night, but this is a 24-hour restaurant. If you’re open 24 hours, customers should still be able to expect reasonable service, accurate orders, and food that meets the quality you’d expect to receive for the price. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. The staff really need to work on communication, customer service, order accuracy, food quality, and getting customers through the drive-thru in a reasonable amount of time. Tonight was a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately we left feeling like we spent over $50 for food and service that simply wasn’t worth it.

Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. I guess they wanted to clear the entire drive-thru before taking the next order. Never got the chance to review my food, as I left before I had my order taken, but based on other reviews, I guess I didn’t miss much.
