  Bad experience. Didn’t have root beer despite it being on the menu. No ice ! All 3 drinks were warm - and flat. Took about 28 minutes for 3 pretty standard orders. Got some fancy lemonade promo thing that nobody wanted. Felt underwhelmed and ripped off; which is disheartening with all the options nearby

  the only reason I go there is for the nacho fries. night shift crew on Sunday can't serve warm, nacho fries and instead tries to hide them with cold KFC fries with a dusting of nacho-fry seasoning is not good. KFC fries taste like sh*t and if I'm paying $20 for an order, I expect it to be correct and the workers not to cut corners.

  Repeatedly forget huge parts of your order at the drive through. Over the last few years of living in terwillegar, this location has easily taken $100-200 of payment for food they haven’t given me. Sometimes it’s just one or two items, sometimes it’s half the order. Earlier today they forgot about $15 worth of food in my order. I started repeatedly asking at the window if they got all the items and they always say yes, but almost always forget items.
