  The staff at this Taco Bell is extremely rude. I placed a mobile order to be ready at 4:45 at 4:25 and got to the location at 4:55 wanting to give them enough time to make everything, not only was the order not ready, it wasn’t even started. The staff proceeded to say that they have to wait until the customer is standing in the store to make the order. What is the point of placing it online then? The manager was the spray out of them all, wanting to argue with me. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do better

  Wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. Whoever the guy that was working the till June 28 around 5pm has no idea what customer service is. Tried to order the $16 luxe box which comes with a dorito taco and I asked if they could just substitute the Dorito taco to a regular taco. The guy says “there’s no option for that on my machine” so I tried to help him and say that’s fine just punch it in but when you make it just give me a regular taco shell instead of the Dorito one. The guy proceeds to say “well if I do it for you then I have to do it for the next guy”. I’ve never been to a fast food place that couldn’t substitute anything on my order. There was no trying to help figure it out, it was just a flat out no. I decided I wasn’t going to give them my business.

  Hassan and Nayan provided excellent customer service throughout our experience. Both were very polite, professional, and helpful. Their friendly attitude and support made everything smooth and enjoyable.

  Love tacobell but the soft taco supreme was made pretty smal and thel tables need to be clean up a bit better and 2 garbages over flowing ut was busy maybe they didn't get to it before we got there. Fix thos things and will give 5stars across the board.
