  This is the SLOWESTTTT location i have ever been. Theyre not short staff, but it seems they dont have a good system to run things smoothly. Front says 5mins, but took more than 20mins to get the order. I feel bad for the delivery guys picking up the orders, their wait is even longer. And this is not the first time, every single time i come here its always the main concern! A chaotic evening crew.

  I had such a great experience at Taco Bell! Harnoor was so nice and made the whole experience really fun, especially with the Olivia Rodrigo Baja Blast coming out. She made it feel extra exciting and fun to experience. All the workers were also super friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I asked for extra sauce from one of another employee, and she gave me a whole handful, which I really appreciated because usually fast food places don’t do that. It’s honestly the little things that make a difference. Such a fun experience overall, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I frequently go to Taco Bell and I always get the grilled cheese burrito in the name it says grilled, but the burrito I got had cheese that was not even melted and when I went up to go, ask them to grill it he’s like oh I’m gonna burn it. Terrible customer service, and terrible food. Will not be coming back to the location also not to mention the 15 minute wait time

  When this location first opened it used to be the best one, not sure what happened. Ordered a supreme luxe box tonight that took over an hour to get to me. My Baja Blast had absolutely no flavor, the chalupa was missing entirely, and my 5 layer beef burrito was just a bean and cheese burrito. Won't be ordering from here again

  Just came in for lunch here. Waited a solid 5 minutes before I was helped (only person waiting). Until someone finally decided to actually take my order. Ordered the 7 layer bean burrito because I thought it would be filling, it’s priced over 7 dollars by itself. Then I got a drink. So 12 altogether. Unimpressed by the burrito. Not even close to what it should look like. Poorly made. Not even close to 7 layers. Very disappointed. Very expensive lunch and I got so little. Really disappointed with Taco Bell. Wish it had been a taco time instead.
