The first stall I walked into had s**t smeared all over the toilet seat. The floors were disgusting and you honestly feel like taking a shower by simply being in the room.

Frozen fries are wheat flour dredged making them inedible for persons with gluten intolerance. The service is second to none. My mom is on oxygen and carries a machine to help her breathe. When we visit Swiss Chalet.......they are right there with a seat at a plug in for this machine. BTW, I highly recommend the ribs.😋😋😋😋😋

We always leave this place full and happy however today we had the pleasure of having Lorinda serve us and she was just the BEST. She was always one step ahead of the game. She took excellent care of our entire family to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Very proactive waitress. Very pleasant, happy and joy to have serve us. Thank you again Lorinda!!

On multiple visits, we’ve waited around 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our order. We often see other tables being approached and served before us, including tables that arrived after we did. We’ve had to repeatedly get the waitress’s attention just to place our order. We usually come during less busy times, so it’s difficult to understand why our table is repeatedly overlooked. We don’t mind waiting for our food, but it is frustrating when we are waiting while other customers, especially those who arrived after us, are already receiving their meals. On one visit, I actually timed it, and it took 45 minutes from placing our order for our food to arrive, while other tables that had come in after us were already being served. I came back about a week later hoping the previous experience was just a one-off, but unfortunately, we experienced the same type of service again. This time, we waited approximately 20 minutes before someone came to our table to take our order, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. The service has gotten to the point where, on one of our visits, my family and I actually walked out and went to a different restaurant instead. We weren’t expecting immediate service, but repeatedly being overlooked during relatively quiet periods has become too frustrating. I understand that staff can have busy shifts and that occasional delays happen. However, when the same issue happens repeatedly, with little acknowledgement or apology, it becomes difficult to overlook. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly call on staff just to receive basic table service. The food quality has remained relatively consistent, but the overall dining experience has definitely changed for the worse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into improving table service and staff communication. We enjoy coming here as a family, but the service has reached a point where it is affecting whether we want to return.
