- AAAlbert Agecoutay2 days ago1.0Worse place to have swiss chalet. Definitely a burger place not a chicken place. Ribs tasted like they were out of a box. Chicken burnt and dry. Coleslaw was very bland. Only good thing was the fries and dipping sauce. Oh yah and the dinner roll.

The first time was on a saturday, at approximately at 6 p.m. We found that the service wasn't the best. And we were contacted by a manager and he listened to what we found and provided us with 2 cards each for a free quarter chicken dinner. This time was on a Saturday about an hour earlier so we could use our free chicken dinners. The service on this Saturday was much improved. The food was just as good. We found that the restaurant was busier. There is an improvement to the service, which was very good. Thanks to Swiss Chalet for taking the time to listen to our concerns.

Everything came out already in bags so we drove away without knowing that we didn't have our drinks, one of our buns or dark meat, as requested. BUT We did get cutlery and ketchup which we didn't ask for. Even left a tip - which I shouldn't have because of these mistakes. Disappointed.

This is the chicken with the skin off. It's been sitting out or been reheated so long that the meat is like greasy leather. This was the WORST. The food was reheated, greasy, and limp. The chicken was days old - not fresh. The fries had been deep fried more than once and were a soggy, disgusting mess. After sort of picking at it, we left, and my mother was immediately ill. Chicken can be deadly if not handled appropriately. Do not go here. It's not a normal Swiss chalet. It's like a fast food restaurant selling Hardee's and Swiss Chalet at a walk up counter. PASS.
