  Always Great customer service .. however feel bad for the employees when they are working alone during peak hours. Especially the one lady who is always smiling

  I recently visited Subway and had a really positive experience thanks to an employee named Monali. She was the only one working during a very busy time, yet she handled everything with impressive calm and professionalism. Despite the rush, she kept a smile on her face and made sure to apologize for the wait, which I truly appreciated. Monali worked efficiently under pressure and never let the stress affect her kindness or customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure each order was handled with care. It’s not easy to manage a full lineup alone, but she did an outstanding job. She is definitely a valuable asset to your company, and I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized. Thank you, Monali, for making my visit such a great experience.

  Best subway in town! Veggies are fresh and staff are very friendly! My husband and I like having subs for dinner at times and the subs they prepare for us in this location are always very good and best compared to other location. The supervisor is very sweet and friendly as well :) place is clean too!

  This was our first time ordering from this Subway. First, we ordered online specifying no onion and garlic, and both sandwiches arrived with onion and garlic. I went back to the store, and the lady there just said they made exactly what was on the receipt, not taking any responsibility. At that time, we didn’t complain; we just let it go. But today, the second incident happened. We ordered again online because there was a BOGO deal, so we clicked on it and placed the order. Once again, the Subway sent us one sandwich each instead of the four we should have received, since we placed two separate orders. We were all starving by 10:20 p.m., and we had to go out to find food. The sandwich we got was absolutely awful—just grass. No olives, no peppers, nothing—just cucumber, tomato, and lettuce. And when we complained, they said, “Come back tomorrow morning; we’ll print the receipt.” Who even makes the receipt? This person doesn’t even understand English—they don’t read what’s being said or written. This is the second time now. So, this is my big request to all customers: never go to this Subway.
