  I have to agree with one of the reviews. It is literally one of the worst Subways. The lady who was helping us has got to be one of the rudest employee! I know she was all by herself, i get that, but she doesn’t have to be rude!! She didn’t have to give me attitude. She can just say “hey, let me make your sandwiches first then i’ll help you.” How hard can that be? Why does she have to shout? If you want to work Customer Service, don’t give attitude.

  Very disappointed with the experience at Subway today. We ordered four footlongs and one six-inch, but the customer service was extremely poor from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude at all , they just started taking our order without even acknowledging us properly. The food quality was also disappointing. The bread was very hard and didn’t seem fresh. On top of that, no one offered us meal options or explained anything during the order. I also didn’t even get a chance to scan my rewards points before the transaction was completed. They didn’t even offer us a receipt after the purchase. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Good customer service and fresh food make a big difference, and unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations.

  I would like to commend these two ladies, Penny and Ranjit. They are both wonderful staff members and moms who were so thoughtful and kind in welcoming us into the store. On Mother’s Day, they made our visit extra special by giving my two kids free cookies. Their warmth and generosity were truly appreciated, and the excellent customer service did not go unnoticed.

  Very poor system, no communication with the store and the delivery service. Subway app is using delivery services, they don’t have control on them. I received order one hour late and I called store. I was waiting old they can’t do any thing. DON’T Order Delivery. They will keep every one hanging. Without solution. Subway need to work on it.

  I ordered a Subway sandwich through Skip, and this was a really disappointing experience. I paid extra for smashed avocado, but there was no avocado in my sandwich at all. On top of that, I specifically requested toasted bread, but it arrived completely untoasted. The overall taste was also very poor, which made it even more frustrating considering the money spent. Missing items and not following basic instructions is not acceptable. I hope the store pays more attention to order accuracy and quality in the future.
