    I’ve been coming to this Subway location for a long time and never had an issue until recently. One time in the past, my card declined because of a payment issue, and I thought the situation had been handled respectfully at the time since I continued returning afterward with no problems. Then out of nowhere, I was asked to pay before my food was even made, which wasn’t even the main issue it was the way I was treated. The employee was extremely disrespectful, made comments implying I was broke, and questioned whether I even had money to pay for my meal. The entire interaction felt unnecessary, humiliating, and completely unprofessional, especially considering this employee had served me many times before and after that one incident. I tried to handle the situation calmly and asked to speak to a manager, but I was denied, which made the experience even worse. There was no professionalism, no respect, and no attempt to resolve the situation appropriately. Customer service should never involve embarrassing or degrading customers, and after the way I was treated here, I definitely won’t be returning to this Subway location again. Jordan Orgill.
