  I had a really frustrating experience here. I came in with a coupon, but the staff didn't want to honor it. She said the bread was hot, so I had to wait 15 minutes, but then she told us we had to wait 25 minutes instead. After all that, she served other customers first, and it was clear she was lying about the timing. It just doesn't make sense for the bread to still be 'hot' after that long. Really poor service overall.

  Excellent customer service by Rajveer, not only she informed about the missing ingredients. She had the courtesy to deliver in time with politeness.. Kudos to her for her hard work👏👏✨️

  Honestly speaking best experience ever. The staff at the front Manpreet, Navneet and Rajveer are too good. Their service was excellent. Will visit here again for sure.

  I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your location (2331 66 St NW, Edmonton, T6K 4B5) on April 16, 2026, around 11:35 AM. After placing my order, I politely requested that my sandwich be cut into three pieces. The staff member declined, stating that the order was already packed. I explained that it was my order and requested if it could still be reopened and cut, but she refused again without providing any clear reason or alternative. There were two staff members present(punjabi girls), and the taller one appeared to be particularly dismissive in her tone and manner. Instead of addressing my request properly, she turned to another customer and ignored me. When I picked up my order and expressed my disappointment, both staff members laughed in front of another customer. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that there may be store policies, but those should be communicated politely. Even a simple explanation or apology would have made a difference. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled reflected poor customer service and a lack of respect. Such behavior can create a negative impression of the Punjabi community. Just standing behind the table with make up is not customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve staff behavior and customer service standards.
