Lettuce was not in good condition. As per food satefy it should be green but it seems to be sitting for a longer period The staff was rude. Even after the supervisor came in to help but staff kept on speaking in between and didn’t let the manager or supervisor speak.

I came to Subway at 10:26 PM and the lettuce was clearly red and not fresh. I asked the employee about it, and he said, “I know it’s red.” I asked him why he was putting it on customers’ sandwiches if he knew it wasn’t fresh, and he said, “Because I don’t have good lettuce.” He even admitted that he knew it wasn’t eatable. I asked him to take the lettuce off my sandwich. I honestly don’t understand how Subway can be serving customers lettuce that the employee himself knows is not fresh. When I asked if he could get fresh lettuce from the back, he said he didn’t have any. This is extremely disappointing. If you don’t have fresh ingredients, you should not be serving them to customers. Subway should really look into this location and make sure proper food-quality standards are being followed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on August 6, 2026, at around 4:30 PM. As soon as I ordered, I mentioned that the bread felt stale. The employee who was preparing my sandwich at least tried to listen and explain that it was freshly baked. However, another skinny girl, who wasn’t wearing a Subway uniform or even a name tag, kept interrupting the conversation for no reason. She was argumentative, rude, and had a very disrespectful attitude, even though I was simply asking for fresh bread—not free food. When I took a bite, the bread was so hard it felt like chewing a rock. After I asked for it to be replaced, the same girl tried to give me only a 6-inch sub instead of replacing my footlong, seemingly because the person with me chose not to complain. That was completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was her behavior toward other customers. A man asked to use the washroom, and instead of politely explaining that it wasn’t available to the public, she yelled at him. There is no reason to speak to customers that way. Overall, this location seems to lack basic customer service training. Greeting customers, listening to concerns, resolving issues respectfully, and communicating politely are the bare minimum. If someone dislikes their job, they shouldn’t take it out on paying customers. I left feeling disrespected and will not be returning to this location.

Staff should find a new job if they're not happy serving customers. also I was asked to change tables while I was already seated so she can clean the table... Never been asked that before. Keep an eye on your staff as they can bring a business down.

Overall, my experience was very disappointing\. The staff members working the shift today were unprofessional\. We ordered two footlong sandwiches\. While preparing my order, one of the employees stopped in the middle of the preparation to assist another customer\. Additionally, she did not change her gloves after handling meat before continuing to prepare my sandwich\. On top of that, most of the vegetables appeared to be old and were not fresh\. At the end, I asked the cashier for the name of the other employee because I wanted to know who she was\. I also asked who the supervisor or manager on duty was, and the cashier informed me that the employee I was referring to was the supervisor\.
