I come here for lunch a couple times a week and each visit gets worse and worse. It’s the same two people working and they move at a turtles pace everyday. And I’d understand if they were slower because they are chatting with customers and making the experience enjoyable but they look at you like they’re annoyed you’ve come for food. Even when there’s at least 10 people who haven’t ordered they still move slow. For example today I witnessed the two people working on one 6 inch sub together…. This location needs 3 staff members on for it to move at the proper speed. Also if a customer asks for their veggies before sauce don’t tell them “sauce first and that’s the way it is here”.

On May 1st I attended this location (not my normal location) to ideally pick up a sub to eat in store. At 6:50pm I walked in (only one other customers in store who had just finished eating) obviously quiet the only employee - Pawanpreet, in store was sweeping the floor, she looked over at me but did not acknowledge in the least, kept sweeping for quite a few minutes before helping me. Did not greet me, simply seemed very annoyed I was there. Based on the ridiculous amounts of time I eat subway I would say I know how a sub is made - employee basically smacked down my bread until it looked like a flat pita put cheese down first and then covered the cheese with tuna. Ofcourse im like okay thats odd, usually the cheese goes on first when its being toasted so it will melt. Then employee proceeded to ask me for sauce before veggies, which again was such an odd step first. At this point I asked why the cheese wasnt put on the meat so it could be toasted? Rudely the employee responded "This is the way we do it here, so that the bread doesnt get wet" but then also proceeded to put my sauce on first directly on the other side of the bread...
I have never seen an employee honestly seem so bothered that a PAYING customer wanted to order something. She took a million years at the till to ring me out for a very simple 6" meal (that was also meal of the day as per their current advertisement!)
Ive been to enough subways to know thats not how you make a sub at Subway. Am I in the wrong to ask why consistently employees at Subway seem completely rude, careless, etc. Im sorry but if you choose to work in the Hospitality Business - have some decent customer service.

Yesterday around 4:15, we went to this location where a girl named Pawanpreet works. I don’t know why, but her attitude was very strange, and her service was really poor. It felt like she was just working for the sake of it.
There was no spinach available, so we asked her to add spinach from Subway. She got annoyed and went to get it, but it should have already been filled and ready. After that, she served everything in a careless way.
At the end, we ordered cookies and asked if she could warm them, but she refused. Seriously? Every other Subway does that. It felt like she intentionally said no to us.
Also, the washroom was so dirty that no one would want to use it. It would honestly be better to shut down this location than run it like this.
