- AKAnnie KaurApr 25, 20261.0I was there to pick up my online order and I saw an Asian lady preparing my order because I was waiting there. when I got back home, sandwiches were really hard like rock. I had to call twice at the store because someone hung up on me and the girl who picked up my second call she was very polite while she was explaining everything to her manager someone was yelling in the back "SOME PEOPLE CHEAT THEY JUST WANT REFUND". I paid for the food I didn't get anything for free. I just wanted to let them know that the food quality was really bad and I just want to get my money back. You guys should train your manager properly. They should know how to at least deal with the customers. That was the shittiest response I have ever heard. I will never visit that store again.

- ADArsh DeepApr 21, 20261.0I visited Subway around 7:30 PM and there was a huge lineup, but only one employee working. I honestly felt bad for her because she had to handle everything on her own. Despite that, she was very polite, hardworking, and surprisingly quick while serving everyone. She did a great job under pressure, but the store really needs to have more staff during busy hours. It’s not fair for one person to manage such a rush alone. Overall, good service from the employee, but management should definitely improve staffing.
