The staff member who assisted me was clearly irritated and came across as rude when asking what I wanted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even identify her because her name tag was messed up and not readable. Good customer service starts with basic courtesy, and that was completely lacking here. If someone doesn’t want to work in a customer-facing role, it really shows—and it negatively affects the entire experience. This was one of the worst visits I’ve had at any Subway. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.
