The experience at this Subway was very bad. I am non-vegetarian, but my wife is vegetarian. When the Subway employee started filling the sandwich, they mixed the vegetables at the same time and didn’t even change their gloves before handling the non-vegetarian items. The quantity of vegetables was also very less.
So many people are making complaints, but I really don’t understand why Subway is not taking any action. Every customer goes to Subway expecting good service, but when employees behave like this, it becomes very disappointing.
That’s why I recommend everyone not to visit this Subway location. Nobody eats for free — everyone pays and expects good quality service. I request everyone to email Subway about this location because the employees are doing things the wrong way.

The guy posting about his sandwich was very rude to staff. He called me a coward for not using my main account to call him out so here I am. Hi, I am Savannah, nice to meet you. I also didn't block you. Lol. For those lost please See my prior review under wambambie.
🚨UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO HIM CONTINUING TO HAVE A TEMPER TANTRUM and CALLING ME "OUT"🤣 🚨
This is what exactly happened:
While I was waiting for my order you walked up to me and showed me your sandwich and told me not to order. Even tho I was next in line you barged passed me and started berating that employee. You asked the employee extremely condescendingly if you could get a refund as all you could taste is bread and asked him how is it acceptable.
The employee then said he would give you a refund and explained how it's his subway directs him to portion the meat. You continued to ask them how is it acceptable and that you "were about to write a Google review" like you are some award winning critic judging them ( And how I new to post this)
Me noticing the employee looking overwhelmed by your TEMPER TANTRUM I stepped in and told you to relax it's just a sandwich. When you continued to be rude I told you " he is giving you a refund there is no reason to be rude" yet you continued to have a full blown temper tantrum. You are rude. Period. You then announced you were done "Getting Lectured"
I then took my food and left.
It's not about your stupid sandwich it's about how you talked to and treat service workers. And it's not about moral superiority it's about standing up for service workers abd calling out abusive behavior. And I am not hiding. Hense my response on this account.
Service staff deserve respect , I don't know if you do tho. I don't need to prove I am better than you, your action do that for me. 😘

There is going to be a review from a guy from around this same day. I just want to say he was being rude and was belittling the employees due to the amount of meat in his sandwich.
The employee appologized, offered him a full refund and explained that subway instructs them about the size of portions. ( VERY POLITELY)
This guy then continued to belittle the staff after being given EXACTLY WHAT HE ASKED FOR. To the point I stepped in and told him to relax it's a sandwich and he was getting carried away ( causing a scene over a 8 dollar sandwich).
Is subway a perfect company, no, but the staff here is genuinely nice and do not deserve to be belittled like that. ESPECIALLY over something they cannot control.
AND to the guy that was here , you are the problem'you seriously need to reflect in how you talk to service workers. And yes your sub was bad, but that is no excuse to talk to people the way you did ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY GAVE YOU A REFUND. You were asking them why your sandwich was like that and he explained why and then you got mad that he was explaining to you why. You were very out of line and over reacting. Please work on yourself everyone was looking at you like a crazy person I was the only one to speak up. We are all people and deserve respect.

I am a creature of habit and order the Steak & Cheese at Subway constantly, so I know exactly what the portion is supposed to look like.
This location is a joke. I was served a sub that was 90% bread and spinach with barely enough steak to cover the bottom of the roll. You can see in the photos—it’s essentially a bread sandwich.
When I brought it to the counter, the staff brushed me off with "that's the recommended portion size."
Then, when I told them it was "all bread," they tried to argue that the bread was fresh and "baked this morning."
I wasn't complaining about the age of the bread; I was complaining about the total lack of steak. I had to fight just to get a partial refund for the half I couldn't even taste.
🚨 UPDATE: RESPONSE TO THE FICTION FROM “WAMBAMBIE” 🚨
It is hilarious when a stranger tries to play moral authority while BLATANTLY lying. This person actually admits in her review—and I quote—"Yes, your sub was bad."
So she saw the same hollowed-out bread roll I did, acknowledged it was a ripoff, and then decided to lecture me for not being "polite" about being scammed. What a 🤡.
To set the record straight on her other fantasies:
• THE “RUDE” LIE:
I was never rude or belittling. I was direct and firm about being overcharged for a product that wasn't there.
Pointing out a business’s failure isn't harassment, but she’s desperate to paint me as a villain so she can feel like a hero. Pathetic.
• THE REFUND LIE:
I was NEVER offered a full refund. I had to negotiate just to get HALF my money back for the portion I couldn't even taste.
She immediately blocked me after posting her “review” so I couldn't call out her lies directly. If you have to hide behind a block button because you can't defend your "witness account," you’ve already lost.
Imagine seeing someone get ripped off, ADMITTING THE PRODUCT WAS "BAD," and then choosing to stick your nose in and lie about the customer's behavior to save face for a sandwich shop.
My photos don't lie, but this "Local Guide" certainly does. Mind your own business, 🐮
