  Ordered online through their app. The app took my money but the see tore said they never received the order. Went through the chatbot for help, detailed my experience and was told to wait for an email. All while in the store I spoke to the store manager who offered for me to pay again and apply 10% off, once I declined and told him I would put that in my review he asked what I ordered. When he found out it was not a large order he offered to tell the staff to make my order without double meat but was still very reluctant, I told him I had already left the store. Staff was fine, but the issue is with the app and the customer service in the face of issues. The store never takes accountability for any app issues, too which there are many.

  Unprofessional, not doing the online orders and keep serving the walk in customers, you supose to be fare with everyone , first come first serve, dont take online orders if you can't handle it , everyone must wait for his or her turn , do the order in the right way and dont waste people time

  Worked next to a SW just west of this one. After 10 yrs randomly decided to try this place. Way more toppings here. Will be back.
