  Stopped in for lunch and ordered a 6" turkey sub. The bread was good and veggies were fresh. The staff were friendly, clean washrooms, and friendly staff. Clean, modern location with 5 tables to eat a enjoy you meal.

  Ordered for pickup but there was barely any sauce in the Sub. Lack of sauce in the sub made it taste very dry and bad.

  Nav was soo good, she was so patient and she gave her recommendations. This subway has the Nav as a gem of the store.

  Ok this is rediculas the 3rd time i paid and didnt get double meat i even left a message, the 2 toasted subs were burnt so bad they are rock hard the non toasted turkey bread is like a brick its never been like this before we been coming here 10 plus years and never had so many issues as last few times this is super upsetting we are on disability with limits funds and when we order its hard on us to have such a bad experience what is going on this is not acceptable at all this is so wrong. This was there response ALL LIES AND BS NEVER USE THE LOCATION Hi Derek, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I did speak with the team members involved, and they confirmed that double meat was added to your sub—one portion on the bottom and one on the top. The bread was also freshly baked at around 3:00 PM that day. That said, I sincerely apologize that your order did not meet your expectations. We take your concerns seriously, especially as a valued guest of many years. As a gesture of goodwill, we will be issuing a $4.00 refund for the double meat.   Well confusing staff not knowing what the order is having to explain how the sandwich is made makes no sense as a costumer. Maybe just get out of the way and I will make it myself.....then you have the nerve to ask for a tip?.....really....no bag for my sandwich and wrapped like you were being rushed by the guards of a prison. Terrible and the price for all of this....$15.50 no drink no side....just a 12" chicken sandwich......one and done....wont get my money again.
