  My son and I sometimes come to this Subway at night, and Harjit always gives amazing customer service. She always listens carefully, makes sure the food is fresh, and gives such a welcoming experience. Harjit has such a calm and kind energy that makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated. She is always polite, patient, and attentive. We truly appreciate her hard work and positive attitude. Thank you, Harjit, for always making our visits so pleasant!

  Great experience at Subway thanks to Manvir! I’ve eaten at many Subway locations over the years and rarely received customer service that truly stood out, but she made an exception. She was friendly, professional, and even involved her colleague from the back by mentioning her name when I asked about leaving a Google review, which really showed great teamwork and positive attitude. The sandwiches are always good, but excellent customer service like this makes the experience even better. Keep up the great work!

  It is really good Harjit does amazing job she made my sandwich everytime I have eaten and her customer services is awesome she always put smile face on people... Awsome I always come to her when she works

  I placed an order through the website, which glitched and never went through—yet the money was still taken from my account. When I called the store to resolve it, the situation only got worse. I was repeatedly asked for basic information like my name, even though the website never collected it in the first place. It was clear the staff had no understanding of the issue and made no effort to actually listen or resolve it. When I asked how I was supposed to prove that I didn’t receive the order and that this was essentially a payment issue, I was told “I don’t know.” That response alone says everything about the level of customer service. I was then told they couldn’t issue a refund and couldn’t provide any contact details for someone who could. So I’m left with money taken from my account and no product, no support, and no solution. This is a complete failure of both the ordering system and customer service. Situations like this should be straightforward to handle, yet there was zero accountability or attempt to fix it. I will be escalating this further.
