  We purchased flowers from this location yesterday, and once we got home and unwrapped them, this is the condition they were in. We paid $28 for flowers that were old, dry, and already dying. We were extremely disappointed and decided to return to either exchange them or at least get store credit. What upset me even more was the way I was treated by the manager and another employee at the front. Instead of acknowledging the poor condition of the flowers or showing any understanding, they spoke to me with disrespect and placed the blame entirely on me. I was told that I “should have unwrapped the flowers before buying them” and that customers are apparently expected to inspect and unwrap bouquets themselves before purchase. As a paying customer, this was incredibly upsetting and humiliating. I felt dismissed, blamed, and completely unvalued. I have been a regular customer at this location, but after the way I was treated today, I will never return. No customer should be made to feel guilty for purchasing a product that was already in unacceptable condition. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect shown by the staff made this experience far worse than it needed to be.

  Normally I like coming here but today they forgot to put all my items in my grocery bags and I didn't notice until I got home. Groceries are expensive enough I can't afford to waste money on items I don't even bring home. Please do better.

  Had such an awesome experience at the bakery. We spoke to a lady named Bree. I told her was looking for a Cupcke-cake for my sons bday at for his daycare but I figured it was too late in the day to order one there. She said very politely, they just closed their cake order station. Then she offered us some cupcakes that she made that morning that were in the back freezer. She said she could decorate them for us and give us those ones. I asked how many packs she had and she said about 5 or 6. I said perfect I'll take them. She brought them out and showed me... they were regular size, pack of 6, a mix of choc & vanilla cupcakes. Already iced. Bree offered to put sprinkles on them and some little happy birthday signs in each one. They looked amazing and they were fresh!. We couldn't have asked for a better deal with excellent service!. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back to see Bree!!. :)

  I want to sincerely thank Sabina for her amazing help. I arrived a bit too late to have a message written on a cake, and the person who usually does it had already left. I was pretty upset, but Sabina approached me and asked if I needed any help. I explained the situation, and even though it’s not directly her job, she kindly took the time to write the message on the cake for me.
