I always love to shopping here but I always have bad experience with Shauna she has her own rules every time . Today we got carrots they were 2 for 4 dollars . Bag was small and the leaves were too big so my husband removed them and Shauna gave her those carrots pr kg and charged around 7 dollars which were meant to 4 dollars when I tried to tell her these are 2 bunches for 4 dollars she refused and said she doesn’t know I asked her you can check the camera . But she was persistent. What she is going to do with those carrots , will she going to resell for 7 dollars this was very disappointing. I am a regular customer. The store have other great employees I always tried to avoid her today anyhow she called me

Nice and very friendly staff. It’s just a stone throw away from my house and that made it more beautiful

So I typically really love alot of things about save on and living in the area appreciate this store for stopping on the way home from work to grab items. Very unimpressed yesterday though. I went in looking for some tuna for the family, didn't have any which was a non issue. The problem was as I was leaving and walking out the parking lot, some member of the staff accosted me and accused me of shoplifting. Apparently being in my work clothes and having my phone and wallet in the hoodie pocket was suspicious enough. I understand doing your job and loss prevention is a thing. But I honestly didn't think I looked like a shoplifter or had that vibe and was quite insulting. Pretty miffed and won't be shopping there anymore

Not sure what it is with save on and not carrying advertised products but it happens all the time. $1.49 days by the time I get here in the afternoon half the stuff is out of stock. Came today for a 20 pack of coke zero just find out they dont even carry it here. Store is clean and nice and staff are friendly at least.

We purchased flowers from this location yesterday, and once we got home and unwrapped them, this is the condition they were in. We paid $28 for flowers that were old, dry, and already dying. We were extremely disappointed and decided to return to either exchange them or at least get store credit.
What upset me even more was the way I was treated by the manager and another employee at the front. Instead of acknowledging the poor condition of the flowers or showing any understanding, they spoke to me with disrespect and placed the blame entirely on me. I was told that I “should have unwrapped the flowers before buying them” and that customers are apparently expected to inspect and unwrap bouquets themselves before purchase.
As a paying customer, this was incredibly upsetting and humiliating. I felt dismissed, blamed, and completely unvalued. I have been a regular customer at this location, but after the way I was treated today, I will never return. No customer should be made to feel guilty for purchasing a product that was already in unacceptable condition. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect shown by the staff made this experience far worse than it needed to be.
