  Ordered a cake, picked it up this past weekend, took it to the event I purchases it for, while the cake eas decorated nicely, the butter cream was sour, the cake was dry, and the custard was almost hard, and more yellow than it should have been. Definitely dont recommend ordering a cake threw this particular location.

  This store at this location has gone downhill rapidly due to the longtime staff treating longtime customers like myself in an extremely unfriendly manner, for example, the ponytail lady in the produce/florist section is ignorant I simply asked for plant food for a bouquet that I bought. She stated I don’t have any here!! The check out girl as well was not helpful. What is their problem here both rude I will not shop here anymore. Unsatisfactory customer service by long-term employees who think they don’t need to be kind (or helpful) to customers anymore. Could it be that they have been racially profiling me? I don’t know. whatever it is, I feel like I have been profiled and made to feel bad!!

  The customer service lady at the self checkout today was extremely rude to me. Instead of trying to help me get a cart, she looked unhelpful and said I don’t know where there’s one!! Good grief, she works at the store. She should know where there was a cart and she should’ve got me one.. I hurt my knee and was limping around, but nobody there seemed to care to help me. It’s too expensive there anyway I just go there because they usually they’re so nice but the girl named Nikki there is unkind. unbelievably rude!!
