  i used to enjoy coming here when they had better cashiers like Princesse and Claire, those 2 specifically stood out to me and always made sure my experience was pleasent and enjoyable. Now with all the new employees the store is not nearly as good as before, make this store great again.

  (Terribly Rude Service and Unfair Treatment by cashier Kavita) I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience at Save-On-Foods today (Tuesday, Sept 8) around 10:50 AM. I was served at Counter #1 by a cashier named Kavita. When I asked to use my registered phone number to access my More Rewards account and redeem my points—something other cashiers have always done for me—Kavita flatly refused. She was extremely rude, dismissed me, and insisted that without a physical card, I could not redeem points at all, forcing me to pay full price. What makes this even worse is that immediately after she turned me away, the customer right behind me gave their phone number to redeem their points with zero issue. Kavita deliberately refused to help me, lied about store policy, and ruined my morning with her horrible attitude. As someone new to this store, this level of blatant unprofessionalism and selective service is unacceptable. Store management needs to address Kavita's poor conduct and lack of customer service immediately.

  I had a really nice experience at the deli. Sehaj was very friendly, and helpful. She made me feel welcomed while helping me with my order. She genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Great job, Sehaj😊

  head of lettuce is $4. at H&W produce it was 0.78¢ for a head of lettuce! 😼

  Had a wonderful experience at the Save-On-Foods bakery department. Srishti was incredibly friendly and helpful while assisting me with my cake. She did such a beautiful job with the writing on the cake—it looked amazing! I really appreciated her kindness, attention to detail, and great customer service. Thank you, Srishti, for making the experience so pleasant! 😊🎂
