  This location is always stocked up and has good sales every week. Also try their spicy chicken bbq it’s one of the best. The natural foods isle has a lot of fancy new products.

  I really like SOF. Although it’s more expensive than some other stores, I continue to shop there because I love the way the store is presented and, most importantly, the level of service. I usually shop at the Spruce Grove location. Today, I happened to be near your location and decided to stop in. Unfortunately, my experience at the till with Katrina was extremely disappointing. She was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, and I honestly don’t understand why. What surprised me even more is that I noticed another customer has previously left a negative review specifically mentioning Katrina. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been addressed, but I strongly recommend that management look into the situation. If someone consistently has a negative interaction with customers, perhaps a position with less customer interaction would be more appropriate. I’m not looking for anyone to follow up with me, and I don’t want or expect any compensation. I’m simply asking that something be done about the situation before it negatively affects more customers and potentially results in lost business. I really like SOF and would like to continue being a customer. I just hope the customer service experience at this location can improve.

  Shopping Canadian fresh produce only these days ... DUH?! Lately, I've noticed the American offerings have increased in my neighbourhood SaveOn Foods stores. Fyi, I'm at the Hampton, Edmonton location right now. 🤬 Even the apples are mostly US produce! Other shoppers around me are sadly discovering the same and avoiding purchasing anything imported from the U.S.. Hey folks....what about much MORE Asia, Mexico, South America, South Africa to name a few? I will definitely be shopping at other grocery stores from now on to carefully source out Canadian ONLY fresh produce or at the very least non U.S. alternatives! 🤨 ELBOWS UP!!!!!!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

  I used to buy sushi from this Save-On-Foods location quite often before they changed to the new ZENSHI sushi brand. Yesterday was my first time trying the sushi since the change, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. My children ate the California Rolls and were fine, while my wife and I shared the Tiger Roll – Tempura Shrimp. Later that night, my wife developed severe stomach pain and nausea. Her stomach hurt so badly that she could not sleep and eventually tried to vomit to relieve the discomfort. The following morning, I suddenly had an urgent need to use the washroom and experienced severe diarrhea. Of course, I cannot say with certainty that the Tiger Roll was the cause, but considering that my wife and I both ate the same Tiger Roll and both developed gastrointestinal symptoms, while our children ate the California Rolls and had no symptoms, I am very concerned that something in the Tiger Roll may have caused this reaction. I had regularly purchased sushi here under the previous brand and never had an experience like this. Unfortunately, after this incident, I do not feel comfortable purchasing ZENSHI sushi from this location again. It is difficult to try it again when our very first experience with the new brand ended this way. I hope Save-On-Foods and ZENSHI will look into this, particularly the Tiger Roll – Tempura Shrimp that was being sold on August 14, 2026.
