  I'm not sure whats going on with the chocolate milks, but whether its the small 1L or 2L cartons they are more often then not sour. It just sucks that I get home with this treat and its sour. It only happens when I buy from Save On Foods.

  Why can't I get ahold of the customer service? At 8 pm I guess people just stop answering the phones? This store has always had issues with answering phones, it's as if they don't care about the concerns or questions of customers. Instead of a quick phone call I'm forced to come into the store to deal with my questions in person. Really inconvenient. Does this location actually own a phone for customer service or is it just for looks?

  Extremely rude front end. Some like to bring their personal baggage to work and take it out on the customers. Front End Supervisor would rather take her break than help a customer. Chris the Manager is no better. I will not be back. Awful customer service ... Be warned ⚠️... and Save On don't bother replying with a "Contact us at this email or this phone number" ... I thought dealing with the Manager of the store would be good but he just made excuses for the ones with the ATTITUDE... with the prices of groceries now a days and the job economy? I will go elsewhere where where the staff actually appreciate their customers and not treat them as an inconvenience.

  I don't typically shop at this Save-On-Foods since I don't live in the area, but it's on my way home from work, so I'll stop in when I need a few things. The store is always well-stocked, clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Dwane. He is always cheerful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Every interaction with him brightens my day a little. If he's working, I always try to go through his till because he's such a pleasure to chat with. It's clear he cares about people, and employees like him are a big reason customers keep coming back. Thank you, Dwane, for always being such a positive part of the shopping experience!
