  Customer service at every retail services is one of the most important part, this place lacks it.i was at this location for first time, will never come back. LINDA one of the representative at self check out, it was better if I could have given her zero star, no sense how to talk to customers, I was just looking for my points card and she was like u donot have any sense standing here after scanning your stuff, what’s the big deal, there are more empty self check outs, nobody was waiting behind me, even I had not taken even a minute to pay. I am damn sure She needs re-training how to treat her customers. I never put reviews very often, but she just ruined my day. Hopefully customers get better treat and gratitude while coming and leaving, as they are assets for your business.

  Recently made the switch to this store and have so far enjoyed it! Lots of fresh produce and the layout was easy enough for me to figure out. You are on my way home from work and have helped me shave off about half an hour of my commute home, which has been huge for me! I like that I can see all of my past purchases on the app as well, that's really handy. Staff are helpful & friendly.

  I have been coming here for years with no issue. I get all my groceries & medications here and most of the staff are lovely. However, I had an experience today that has really soured the location for me. I'll preface by saying I tend to look suspicious. I keep my hood up and wear sunglasses inside. This is because my head is half shaved and I have a light sensitivity from chronic migraines that I get medication for FROM THIS STORE. I go in and wander the store for a minute but need to go to the bathroom badly. I have not touched or taken any items at this point. I head to customer service get the bathroom key & ask if I can take the empty basket with me (don't ask why I wanted to keep it, I have to go so bad I'm not rational). She says yes so off I go. When I finish & leave the bathroom Mr. Security is there ready to tell me off for taking unpaid merchandise into the washroom...except I haven't. I tell him basket was empty & show him said empty basket. He says he doesn't know that it was empty. I say I cleared it with customer service. He says he's going to go ask. I say you go do that & walk away. So you're telling me you were watching me enough to stalk me outside the bathroom but not enough to do some due diligence & ask customer service why they let me go with a basket? Also I cannot pay for merchandise when there isn't any?? Anyway did not love the VERY accusatory tone from Mr. Security, so I won't be coming here without my partner since apparently he's the only one holding me back from being a thief. Overreaction? Maybe. But like I said I've been shopping at this location for YEARS & honestly I just feel insulted. TLDR; Accused of stealing by security because took empty basket into bathroom. Won't come back without chaperone.
