  I was really disappointed with the pizza. The crust was unbelievably thin to the point that it barely held the toppings, and it tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for hours. There was very little sauce or cheese, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I expected. For the price, I expected fresh, hot pizza, but this felt dry, old, and lacking any flavor. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

  I must say I had pizza from this location tonight and it was quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had, it took me less than 5 minutes to get home and pizza was already cold, there was no sauce on it, it was not fresh and you can tell they cheap out on the toppings. I can’t believe I paid almost $30 for that medium pizza. Absolutely horrible.

  They made a mistake with my pizza. There was no apology. Their customer service is terrible. I wondered why they had such bad reviews. The management should really look into this.

  If I could give the negative reviews I will definitely do. Packaging was terrible, pizza was overcooked and when I called to complain a manager that was playing that he couldn't understand, he refused to listen and take accountability. Avoid them at all cost.

  Very disappointing experience with my Papa Johns Uber Eats pickup yesterday. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, gave my name multiple times, and was repeatedly told to wait “a few minutes” or “one minute.” Meanwhile, other customers who were there before me and even people who came in after me all received their orders before I did. After waiting more than 40 minutes, I asked again about my order, and the staff still did not seem to know where it was. They even handed me the wrong pizza box with someone else’s name on it. Eventually, another employee found my actual order somewhere else, but by then the pizza was already cold. What made it worse was that no one apologized. They just handed me the food and moved on. During the long wait, I also noticed what looked like very unhygienic work practices, which made the whole experience even more concerning. With so many other pizza options available, I do not see any reason to choose Papa Johns again. I would not recommend this location, especially because the hygiene issues appeared serious.
