I placed my order, and the heavyset white guy with a beard butchered my pizza and put all the ingredients in the middle.. I called to complain and they wouldn’t do anything about it besides, offering me a discount on my next order.
- TMTeresa MalabananApr 20, 20261.0Customer service is terrible, I ordered on the Papa John's app. It did NOT give me an option to choose a specific location, and it located the one on 82nd Street, at first it was a cancel and move on situation until it happened again, and this was due to the app not functioning properly with my Location On, I called in and he only told me, there's nothing he can do, I should cancel and just order by calling in. The main reason why I ordered online was because of the Papa Dough notifications I keep getting stating they are going to expire, he DID NOT clarify whether they can help me with it, and REFUSED to listen when I suggested he should put in a word regarding the App. I guess my papa dough will just sit here and expire.
