  Ordered 2 large pizzas for pickup over the phone for my gf to grab on the way home from work, a man took the order and I was surprised he didn’t ask for a name or even want my name and instead said “just ask for the pizza and we’ll give them to you”. Of course when she gets there they haven’t made the pizza and said they never received my order… they accused me of not ordering from the right store until I read their number out loud on speaker phone lol. Seemed to be a language barrier as they are apparently “new Canadians”. Make sure you order on the website these guys can’t remember to make the pizza you just ordered after they hang up the phone.

  Been ordering from this location for years. Forgot the sauces I ordered and called at 10:23pm to let them know. Called back at 10:31 to let them know there’s no point of bringing now as my guests have already ate the pizzas without the sauce and to just put the credit towards my account. Guy on the phone just said that the delivery guy left with the sauces and should arrive soon. Bad service for such a trivial mistake on their end that they should’ve fixed. Shouldn’t be that cheap about stuff so small. Took the delivery driver over 15 minutes to come with the sauces. Shouldn’t have to pay for something I didn’t even use.

  I always get my garden fresh pizza from here and they serve the best pizza and customer service everytime I come. Shreya is the one that makes it and she speaks so nicely to me and always have a smile on her face. Truly the best customer service I have ever seen.☺️

  I came to pick up my pizza order and I believe the manager was training a newer employee, while the other employee sat at the desk and had their head buried in their phone. When the manager said “customer “ the employee at the desk reluctantly got up, came to the front and proceeded to get the online order stickers and putting them on boxes. I asked politely if I could pay for my pizza , and the employee completely ignored me so I waited 5 minutes , and he still wasn’t done putting the stickers on boxes. The manager came closer so I asked if I could pay for my pizza, and he said yes just a minute . The employee putting stickers on boxes (after 10 minutes ) decided to give me attention and I finally got to pay for my pizza. I was completely in awe and wilL never use this papa John’s again. I made a complaint to papa John’s themselves and no email was given to me , all they did was get the store to call me . I didn’t want that, I wished to talk to a district manager or someone higher level. So disappointing - when already everything is expensive especially to eat out somewhere , these experiences will Stay with me as to where NOT to spend my money. They should be ashamed but I don’t think there are any consequences for their actions and they are not held accountable at all. Sad.

  Gave this location a second chance as I figured it was maybe a one off the first time. But nope this location is the worst by far. I understand there can be busy times but the fact I was told 15-20 mins and when I show up 15 mins later they haven’t even started prepping the pizza is wild. I was kind and waited an additional 10 mins where I finally had enough and walked away. Another thing to note all employees were either talking on their ear pieces which should not be around food prep or texting on their phones. Definitely won’t be back.
