  Really disappointed with our experience here. Our order arrived messy, the sauce containers were upside down, and the Toy Story pizzas didn’t even come in the proper boxes that were advertised. It may seem like a small thing, but that part especially mattered because the order was for my toddler and the themed boxes were part of what made it exciting for her. Management did apologize and offered a 40% off code for another order, but after such a poor experience I requested a refund instead and never received a response. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I understand why the rating is so low.

  Last order took hour and 15 minutes and got cold pizza delivered, and last few order before this one took 2.5hours on average, was good location and i was regular customer but this is unacceptable since its every single time

  I picked up a pizza from Papa John’s with a friend, and the whole experience was disappointing from start to finish. The pizza itself looked poorly made the shape was uneven, like the dough wasn’t properly handled, and it honestly didn’t look like the quality you’d expect. The crust was inconsistent, with some parts undercooked and doughy while others were overdone. It didn’t seem like the pizza was properly stretched or prepared, which really affected both the texture and taste. What made it worse was the lack of care at pickup. The interaction felt rushed and indifferent, like no one really checked or cared about the quality of what was being handed out. Overall, it felt like there was very little attention to detail or pride in the product. Definitely not the standard I expected.
