  Bought 2 pizzas and topping was not enough in both pizza. Last 2 inch circumference has no topping or cheese. Talked to owner and showed the pizza but attitude was very negative and said we are selling this kind of pizza and if you do not like then do not come here. I suggest never buy pizza from this store.

  The guy at the front was very helpful and kind, and the food was delicious. I’m glad Papa Johns is still open for takeout late at night as some other places are only open for delivery and would charge way more.

  Standing outside 12:34am trying to place pick up order. Im out her in the rain being ignored and I don't see a sign saying pay first before entry, and he looked right at us and decided to ignore us.I don't even know where he is right now.I think he's in the back on his phone.

  We usually order from a different location rather than this one. However, today we had no choice but to place an order from this location and picked it up. When we checked the pizza at home, we noticed that it had significantly less cheese than usual. We clearly added extra cheese on the order, yet it still had less cheese compared to what we normally receive from other locations. I called the store to ask about this, but the staff member insisted that they had put the correct amount and that their portion was accurate. If that is the case, does it mean that all the pizzas we’ve ordered from other locations were incorrect? Also, I do not think it is appropriate for a staff member to hang up in the middle of a call when a customer is trying to raise a concern. Because of this experience, I will likely not order from this location again.
