  I am highly disappointed with the service at this location. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and showed absolutely no interest in helping customers. They were dismissive, rude, and made me feel like my presence was a huge inconvenience to them. Good food or products don't matter if the customer service is this poor. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend going somewhere else where paying customers are actually treated with basic respect.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the treatment I received at your store during a recent visit. I placed an order through the Papa John's website and went to the store shortly afterward to pick up my pizza. Upon entering, the employee working at the front did not approach me or greet me professionally. From a distance, he asked, "What do you need?" I informed him that I had ordered a pizza online and provided my name. Without checking the order, he immediately told me it would take another seven to eight minutes. He then asked me which delivery company I worked for. I explained that I was not a delivery driver and that I had placed the order through the Papa John's website under my name. After finally checking the order, he discovered that my pizza was already prepared and ready for pickup. When I asked why he had told me to wait seven to eight minutes without first checking the order, he became defensive. He then made a very inappropriate and disrespectful comment, stating, "You look like an Uber driver." These were his exact words. I was shocked and offended by this remark. I requested to speak with a manager. Instead of helping me, the employee walked away. Another employee then came over, and I explained the situation and again requested a manager. I was told that no manager was present. At that point, despite how upset I was, I was still prepared to pay for my order, take my food home to my children, and file a complaint afterward. However, the original employee returned, began yelling at me, and then grabbed the pizza out of my hands while I was in the process of paying for it. I felt completely disrespected and humiliated. As a result, I left the store without the food I had ordered. My children were hungry and were left without dinner because of this incident. I am requesting that this matter be investigated. Please review the store's security camera footage, which should clearly show the interaction and confirm the behavior I experienced. No customer should be subjected to discriminatory assumptions, disrespectful comments, yelling, or have their order taken away while attempting to complete a purchase. I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of your investigation and what steps will be taken to ensure that other customers are not treated in the same manner.
