  The quality of both the food and service at this location has declined significantly. I am unsure whether this is due to a change in management or ownership. My family has been a loyal customer for over 10 years. My children grew up enjoying pizza from this location, especially given its convenient location beside the daycare. Having ordered here consistently over the years, I can confidently say that the quality today does not compare to what it once was. Our long-standing patronage can be verified through the Papa John’s rewards system (“PJ Dough”), which reflects our history as frequent customers. It is disappointing to see such a decline from a place we once trusted and enjoyed.(Not in photo. Cash tip was given on Delivery Driver) Time to try other pizza places near by in Heritage Valley and James Mowatt.

  Papa John’s consistently delivers great pizza with fresh ingredients, good flavor, and reliable quality. The staff are friendly, and the ordering process is usually smooth and convenient. Overall, the food and service are excellent, and it’s always a satisfying choice for pizza night. The only issue is their tracking system, which doesn’t seem to work properly. It would be perfect if customers could accurately track their orders and know exactly when the pizza is arriving, so we can enjoy it freshly made at its best. Hopefully this can be improved soon, because everything else is truly great!

  Come here often always easy to order on the app and pick up or fast delivery. Very friendly employees always get my order right and service is quick for pick up thank you

  I ordered Veggie pizzas; the wait time was reasonable and worth it as the pizzas were delicious. The staff is nice and friendly. I like to pick up so I get to visit the store - love the smell of freshly made pizzas!
