  Took my wife for a bite to eat and a beverage for Mothers Day. She always raved about their fries and dill dip. The fries they brought out were old and definitely deep fried more than once. I would not recommend this place, they couldn't take the time to make fresh fries and for having about 6 patrons and 3 servers plus a bartender. Definitely lost my wife's will to go back there. Do better #OrignalJoes

  I ordered the beef dip rolls and the bread was straight up soggy , dip was okay but the beef didn't taste real. It crumbled in my hand and it tastes like it came out of a bag from a site and reheated. I've been there once before too and the butter chicken wasn't the best either. I just wish your guyss food quality was a little better. Server was alright , not much complaints

  Made Mother’s Day brunch reservations for Saturday at noon ;May 9) for 6 guests including 2 mothers. Service was very stale, server was not for socializing or even enough talking to wish a “happy Mother’s Day” Order of brunch was not that great. Order was mixed up and lots of our dishes were warm at best. My eggs Benedict were flat out COLD like it just came out of the fridge- I have NEVER sent a meal back to be reheated/revoked ever! Needless to say everyone else at our table was done or almost done when I received my recooked eggs Benedict, it’s not overly enjoyable when you’re the only one eating I’ve been here a few times (social drinking) but not for eating out specifically as a group and I honestly do not think I would return back for “meals” It was not even busy, lots of empty tables. OJs-your server dropped the ball BIGTIME on her social skills and the kitchen did a crummy job on “hot plated food” Hope y’all have a better experience than the 6 of us had IHs- u hope you do better and read these reviews

  Edit * I had a negative experience and they completely corrected it. This place is great and I will definitely continue to come here for great food and service.

  I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past me without any acknowledgment. Not a single staff member had the basic courtesy to ask if I needed assistance. As a food delivery driver, this level of neglect is completely unacceptable. The behavior of your staff was not only unprofessional but came across as openly dismissive and discriminatory. It is extremely concerning that individuals in a hospitality role appear to judge customers based on appearance rather than providing equal service. Two employees in particular—one tall with open hair and another shorter with short hair—made direct eye contact and still chose to ignore me. Their attitude was disrespectful, irritating, and reflects very poorly on your business. It is shocking that people with such a lack of basic manners and customer service skills are employed in a hospitality environment that claims to offer “great hospitality for everyone.” My experience clearly proves otherwise. I will be submitting this complaint on the SkipTheDishes platform and escalating it to your head office. Expect this to be reflected in your reviews, as this kind of behavior should not be tolerated or overlooked
