- LKLana Karpa6 days ago1.0This review is long overdue. But tonight I've reached my limit with this location. It blows my mind how a restaurant can be so incredibly inconsistant with their food. One day you can have a decent order and can go back for the same meal the following week and have nothing but a huge disappointment. It's almost as if their turnover rate for chefs is as high as it is for their waitresses. Ordered items we have had before so I can comment on how bad this time was. The chicken was small and overcooked, mostly batter which had ZERO Nashville anything spice or heat to it. Because of how overcooked and burnt it was, it ultimately inedible. No mixed greens in the salad. Just shitty ends of romaine and limp leaves. Maybe one ribbon of carrot. Unacceptable. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Mashed potatoes are definitly instant potatoes from a box. How can you justify your restaurant, sending out such trash. Will not be giving this location any more chances. Not worth the pretty penny they charge for their food.

I am so so so bad with names, but we sit usually at the two tables right by the door and we deal with one lady who just 🩷🩷🩷 she is an angel and a huge reason we keep coming back. I told my partner I was pregnant during a date here, and even when we received some devastating news we came here, and every time we are remembered, orders are remembered, and they are always sooo friendly and kind to my children. It feels familiar and cozy inside, and even on a bad day you know someone there is going to care enough to listen. Really grateful for all of the staff here 🩷✨️

Being ignored for over 30 minutes after being seated felt incredibly disrespectful and was honestly one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. We walked in on a Saturday evening around 5–6 PM and were greeted at the door. We were told to sit wherever we liked, so we chose the patio and settled in. After about 10 minutes of being completely ignored, I went inside to grab menus myself, thinking maybe the staff had simply missed us. While I was getting the menus, one of the waitresses told me she was “just about to come over” with them. Unfortunately, after returning to our table, we waited another 20 minutes without a single staff member checking on us, taking a drink order, offering water, or even acknowledging that we were there. What makes this especially frustrating is that there were three different waitresses working, and all of them were aware we were seated on the patio. Yet somehow, we remained invisible the entire time. We eventually got up and left without ordering anything. If this is the level of attention customers can expect during regular Saturday dinner hours, I would strongly reconsider dining here.
