The waitress was great and directed me to the chicken Cajun burger and it was amazing., Came back two days later looking forward to having the same but it was a total flunk! I waited awhile for the food and when I finally get it the burger is cold. I tell the guy who may have been the manager it’s cold and it either sat too long or they did not cook long enough! He says it likely sat too long and he takes it back to heat it up. It comes back slightly warmer but not as good in flavours etc as it was earlier in the week. Tell your cooks to take their time as good meals take time! Your charging a lot for a meal and the lack of the manager or whoever he was ensuring it was better the second time is truly sad! They just lost me as a new customer and bringing new business their way! And that’s why tips are our choice it all starts from the kitchen and a manager who at least ensures it’s done right on round two! 👎

One day you can have a decent order and can go back for the same meal the following week and have nothing but a huge disappointment. It's almost as if their turnover rate for chefs is as high as it is for their waitresses. Ordered items we have had before so I can comment on how bad this time was. The chicken was small and overcooked, mostly batter which had ZERO Nashville anything spice or heat to it. Because of how overcooked and burnt it was, it ultimately inedible. No mixed greens in the salad. Just shitty ends of romaine and limp leaves. Maybe one ribbon of carrot. Unacceptable. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Mashed potatoes are definitly instant potatoes from a box. How can you justify your restaurant, sending out such trash. Will not be giving this location any more chances. Not worth the pretty penny they charge for their food.

I am so so so bad with names, but we sit usually at the two tables right by the door and we deal with one lady who just 🩷🩷🩷 she is an angel and a huge reason we keep coming back. I told my partner I was pregnant during a date here, and even when we received some devastating news we came here, and every time we are remembered, orders are remembered, and they are always sooo friendly and kind to my children. It feels familiar and cozy inside, and even on a bad day you know someone there is going to care enough to listen. Really grateful for all of the staff here 🩷✨️
