My partner waited 15 minutes and asked 3 different employees before they got the bill. When they stated they finally paid for the bill, I was already home. Original Joe’s you really have let your standards drop. What happened??? Not impressed in the least bit today!

We went here on Sunday for afternoon happy hour. Went to sit on the patio, the only table available with an umbrella for shade was dirty. We decided to seat ourselves there, thinking we’d be helped quickly and the table would be cleared. We sat at this table for over 20 minutes. Had 2 servers come to our table a total of 4 times. Did not clear the table, did not take drinks orders. Nothing. We ended up grabbing our own menu’s and everything. After over 20 minutes 2 servers came to our table at the same time, one brought water and started to clear the table, while the other just stood there. Then they both just walked away. Once they came back out to the patio they both went to different tables and co tinted to ignore us. We walked out because of the embarrassing service. We called and asked to speak with a manager, no manager was on at the time and when we left a name and phone number to be called back, never heard anything. This place has gone down hill. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
