I’m gonna be honest it was not the best supper.
It was a small portions didn’t really taste that good.
We did our family reunion 10+ people.
We couldn’t book a table online or in person so we had to wait until they had a table ready.
We only had 2 hours to eat or they would kick us out.
For 10+ people it was like 400$ (without tip)

I used to go to Olive Garden all the time back in the states so when I found out there’s one in Alberta, I literally flew in from Toronto for it. It was everything I remember it being. The food is so good and literally so comforting (if yk what I mean) and the salad was well needed with all the cheese haha. I went with my aunt and we got the salad, the chicken and gnocchi soup, the feast (you pick three), and the chicken cheese tortellini. It was all 10/10. Our server was Tenesha and she was so nice and great.
The food here is incredible as always, although the service of this one server, named Nicole, wasn’t all that great. She seemed nice at first but then she switched up and decided to be straight up rude. Every time we ordered, she was already walking away as we were talking. It wasn’t by coincidence since it happened a couple times. We had asked for our food to be refilled and she took about 15 minutes while getting other tables the same food we had ordered. When we observed, she seemed normal with other tables and served them quick, but with us, she seemed almost as if we were a burden. Nicole checked in with other guests as well but we were left in the dark.
We will be back again, of course, although I did expect better.
Thanks for having us though!

This was our first time at the Olive Garden. Upon entry there was a welcome team which made us feel like we were in a very fancy restaurant! We were kindly escorted to our table. At this point I was expecting to pay a huge bill, but the prices were not high at all! We tried fettucine alfredo and five cheese ziti al forno, with garden salad and breadsticks on the side. Everything was delicious and the amount served was definitely enough to leave with a full belly. The pasta and the breadsticks were at a perfect temperature when served, we didn’t have to wait before we could eat and they weren’t cold either. Our server Dilani was very very kind and helpful. Definitely gave us a pleasant first experience, which will likely not be the last. This may not have been the case if we were assigned the server who was a young man with long hair, as he did not hesitate to ignore me when we made long enough eye contact while I was fully turned toward him and raising my hand. Maybe he was zoned out, or thought I was checking him out?
I gave four stars for atmosphere instead of five because there was a very heavy smell as soon as we entered the restaurant, which we assumed would be coming from the cheese. It took us a while to get used to the smell, but I guess it is understandable with the amount of cheese that is consumed. Just mentioning it as a heads up for anyone planning to go for the first time, because we did contemplate if we should leave without sitting down as we were not expecting a such smell. I’m glad we didn’t!
Overall it was great though, and we will likely be visiting again. :)

I come here with friends and family often, and almost always experience the same thing. We enjoy our food, love our servers, but can’t help to notice the extreme management. I understand that this location is consistently busy, and a manager who runs a tight ship is definitely a good thing! However there is a fine line being crossed between respectful authority and power tripping over employees. I have witnessed multiple times specifically the blonde manager who usually wears her hair in a bun, and the larger brunette (I assume manager/supervisor) berating their colleagues in front of a full restaurant. A professional manager would not blow up on their employees how these women do. Not that it matters because it’s never okay to do that, but it’s usually over minor issues or non issues! Instead of acting immaturely, take a breather, take it to the back! Nobody deserves to be screamed at, nor mocked in front of tables they have to then go serve. I respect all of the waitstaff and feel for them, they deserve a better environment. Poor management is unfortunately very common and untreated, but if nothing else I hope these women read this and change their behaviour! Act like adults.
