  My first time here at Olive Garden and Sim made the experience so memorable! She's so knowledgeable about the menu and really walked us through the menu and explaining everything. She's was very personnable as well, would definitely recommend!

  Very nice restaurant, great service, good food, very friendly server. Very busy but just a low hum if conversation so did not have to shout. Tables spread out. Very nice.

  Busy Saturday evening. Service was rushed, dirty dishes not cleared in a timely fashion. Ravioli was tough and hard on some edges. One spaghetti entree had a long piece of plastic wrap in the food. That meal was compted. Hostess did not tell waitress that one person was celebrating a birthday. Too busy for staff to cope.

  I went to the olive garden today with my family all together were 6 people when I went there was a very long wait but it didn't mind once we sat down our server kiran was not a good server we were a table of six and he brought only four plates when we asked for more plates he said he'd have to charge us for them and the salad for some reason but we had just asked for plates and when the food came after a while we noticed that for almost 25 dollars per plate the spaghetti Alfredo and marinara barely had any spaghetti compared to the plate it looked like a kids meal in my opinion it was horrible service and most of the time we would have to ask other servers for things because he wouldn't be around for at least 10-15 minutes at a time truly I would not recommend him as a server

  Disaster first & last night at Olive garden. We drove an hour & a half, expecting basic competence. Instead, we got endless apologies for glacial service in a nearly empty restaurant. An HOUR for pasta?? Seriously? The table next to us got gnocchi-less soup & had to wait 15 minutes for a box. Not to mention, instead of providing another box promptly after bringing only one even though the table asked for two the server stated "it will all fit, I'm a pro I could do it for you". A box takes 15 seconds to grab, especially when you have 3 tables, with two waiting for food, just grab it. kindergarten presentation for "food" finally arrived after an additional delay of kitchen apparently needing 15 minutes to create a spicy tomato sauce for ONE dish. We excitedly each took one bite of our "medium steak ends".Dumpster garbage would be more appetizing & less a insult instead of mystery GREY meat they tried to pass as edible. The steak MASHED like mashed potatoes with a fork.No doubt in our minds this was not steak- & as servers to a steakhouse, WE KNOW STEAK! We complained politely, the manager made JOKES at me & my boyfriend's obvious discomfort as I was experiencing a blood sugar crash. I can assure you, the only joke tonight was your incompetence to run a resteraunt with max 8 tables over 2 hours before close. She admitted to hate the steak dishes. What a delight to hear from someone representing the company. When we ordered she made a boastful comment that as Manager she could do "anything!", well then tell me why when we ordered replacement meals, they were at FULL cost & were mediocre, cold & had no spoons. Feeling pressure to order pasta from their deal when I expressed I just wanted some more soup hoping I could manage to get that down without puking on the way home, needing to get my blood sugar up, more carbs from bread sticks was the last thing I needed. We were not impressed in the slightest & hope nobody else gets sick off your mystery mush & disgusting ill-timed "humor".
