I just want to note that the service here was absolutely phenomenal, the staff so diligent and extraordinary with their speed and their kindness. The poutine itself was savoury. My husband and my kids are looking forward to coming back.
- JJJDAug 2, 20261.0Bad customer service in this location. I bought a regular poutine to redeem my free reward, which is a free drink. The lady said that I couldn’t get my reward because it wasn't showing on her screen. I asked why and told her that I’ve been redeeming my reward if ever I have one and did not have any issues with it. Then, she flipped her screen to show me and rudely told me that it was not showing there (as if I understand their screen). She walked out and rolled her eyes and called her supervisor. I thought the supervisor would handle the situation better but no. He talked to me with the same vibes as the lady and did not even apologize for what happened. I asked for their name since they did not wear/ have any name tags but the supervisor said they are not allowed to give names.
