  I am 40 years old, I have been coming to this mall and eating here since I was a kid...the last times (yes I have photos of my receipt) have been a horrible,horrible experience...my fries are not seasoned, way under cooked (kind of like mashed potato) however todays incident was just crazy, I ordered a large fries with cheese sauce..on the receipt it said gravy..the one young lady poured my gravy, I opened it up before taking my food and had seen gravy. I said I wanted cheese sauce, which was corrected asap. HOWEVER, THE CASHIER TOOK THE GRAVY WHICH I OPENED, AND ACCIDENTALLY DIPPED THE TIP OF MY PINKY IN..SHE PROCEEDED TO TAKE THAT SAME GRAVY AND PUT ON THE TRAY PF THE PERSON NEXT TO ME...I said hey don't do that I OPENED it and stuck my finger in their...the cashier rolled her eyes and went the next customer. I was and am still disgusted by it. IF THE OWNER NEEDS TO INSTRUCT THEIR STAFF TO BE THIS GREEDY THEN THEIR IS A SERIOUS ISSUE..OR BETTER TRAINING..I DO NOT AT ALL UNDERSTAND HOW BY THE TIME I PAID FOR MY FRIES, IT WAS READY ON THE TRAY, TJEIR WAS NO CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME...THIS SAME SITUATION HAS OCCURRED 2 TIMES IN A ROW WITH SOGGY, NO SALT, FRIES...PAYING FOR FOOD THAT IS NOT COOKED, LIKE MY MONEY JUST FALLS FROM THE SKY (I don't know how to post the images of my last 2 receipts, but I assure you I have the proof I was their)
