We placed a $50 order for our shop to celebrate National Hot Dog Day, and when we got back, we realized the fries were missing from the order. It was frustrating because the fries were a big part of the meal, and by the time we discovered the mistake it wasn't practical to go back. Mistakes happen, but for a fairly large order it's disappointing that such a major item was overlooked. I hope New York Fries takes a little more care checking orders before handing them out. This experience definitely put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun lunch for our team.
