  This was the worst MB location I’ve been to. The rice and meat was dry. Nothing was being freshly made like most locations. I think the food was sitting there a while and I had bone in my chicken.

  Granted understaffed but I ordered 4 meals , never been there and felt rushed . Got home and realized I was supposed to be offered 4 drinks with a d never got ...oh well less fattening but would like to receive full order when I do order. My bad too as I felt rushed a d didn't realize before I left . First time there , underwhelmed and one step up from taco bell ...won't return was just in area .

  Food quality and hygiene standards? Who needs them! Worst Mucho experience ever. The ingredients were either old and dry or old and slimy. NOT ONLY did staff working this evening didn’t bother changing her gloves between handling food and handling equiptment… SHE USED HER HANDS IN EACH DISH OF INGREDIENTS!! No spoons to be found, she stuck her hand from one food tray to the other, to wrapping your food, to using the equipment, then back to sticking her hands in the ingredient trays. Don’t eat here.
