  Food quality and hygiene standards? Who needs them! Worst Mucho experience ever. The ingredients were either old and dry or old and slimy. NOT ONLY did staff working this evening didn’t bother changing her gloves between handling food and handling equiptment… SHE USED HER HANDS IN EACH DISH OF INGREDIENTS!! No spoons to be found, she stuck her hand from one food tray to the other, to wrapping your food, to using the equipment, then back to sticking her hands in the ingredient trays. Don’t eat here.

  Good spot but stingy with the food; food that they will throw out at the end of the day anyway. Why not give customers more and have them frequently come back?

  Went to Mucho for Cinco De Mayo, they have a special for discounted burritos, I ordered a regular and when I went to pay they said the deal was only for small burritos. Didn't bother arguing but when I went to check the app it clearly gives you a discount for any size. I'm sure the person running the till knew that, hope it was worth the review.

  Staff were nice but it was really lacking in comparison to other Muchos. Burrito press had burnt food on it which was transferred to my burrito, beef barbacoa didn’t appear to be simmering in sauce/juices like other locations and was cold/kinda flavorless, peppers still had seeds all over them.

  I stopped in to grab a bowl for lunch, but unfortunately the corn was severely burnt. The burnt pieces were mixed throughout the entire bowl, which made it hard to eat and affected the overall flavor. I tried picking them out, but the burnt taste was still there. Disappointing experience. (Other burnt corn pieces were thrown away so only few are in the picture)
