When I said that the protein double will have the same amount of chicken, they said yes, we can add a little more, which is totally unprofessional.

They claim to serve Mexican food, but the food was awful and tasted nothing like authentic Mexican cuisine. The customer service was equally terrible—rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in respect for customers. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I will never order from this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pico was stale, rice was hard everytime i went there. I gave them many chances and i was disappointed everytime. Very unwelcoming staff and atmosphere. Today was my last visit. Never going back there. Also don't fall their trap of BOGO on uber eats. They'll basically give you 2 kids burrito. They have 3.8 ratings because of a reason. Save your hard earned dollars and spend somewhere where its worth it.
