Really disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a French vanilla at the drive-thru, not realizing I needed to specifically ask for a French vanilla latte, so I was given a black coffee.
I went back inside , explained the mix-up, and even admitted it was my mistake once I saw the menu. Instead of simply correcting the order, the employee had a rude attitude, kept insisting I was wrong, and took a long time to remake the drink. When she brought it out, she aggressively told me to try it in front of her and then loudly said, “IT’S A LATTE.” I thanked her, but she ignored me.
Mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to treat customers that way. Unfortunately, the replacement drink didn’t taste very good either.
Alex is an amazing employee, making sure I got everything I ordered and making me feel like a valued customer, will definitely be coming back

Twice ordered delivery from here never gets the order right, always missing items and cold food. The only thing they don’t forget is attaching a small piece of paper asking for a 5 star review. Never answer their phone. Avoid, head to the ones in Windermere.
You can’t make this up, I had another bad experience on another account, it was so bad, I felt for once to file a complaint. They mailed me some value meal coupons. The irony, is redeeming the value meal was a terrible experience. Took 10 minutes before someone attended the counter cause you need to order at the front rather than self serve kiosk, when I ordered, they lost my order and I stood there watching everyone get their order ahead of me. I ask the guy, he manually makes my order based off what I tell him, gives me a coke with ice when I said Coke with no ice twice. It took 35 minutes to get my order start to finish. The food was dry, chicken nuggets was over fried, quarter pounder patty was overcooked, inconsistent with other locations. Would urge corporate to shut this location down as they can’t seem to get anything right here
I had a frustrating experience here today. I ordered three meals and paid extra to upgrade two of them to the "Ramen Shake" fries, which were featured right on the front page of the kiosk.
My order was brought to the table, but I noticed the fries were just regular ones. When I checked my receipt, I confirmed that I had indeed paid for the upgrade. When I went to the counter to ask about it, the staff just coldly said, "We don't have them." No apology, no explanation—nothing.
If they were out of stock, they should have either taken it off the kiosk or told me when they handed over the food. It’s not right to charge customers for an upgrade they don’t receive. Everyone, please double-check your orders here before you start eating!
