  Northgate McDonalds recently donated to our Staff Appreciation event at my school. We are beyond thankful for that type of community support. It means a lot! Thankful for their team and the recognition they gave us. They equally deserve that same recognition.

  I do not recommend ordering delivery from this McDonald's. We ordered twice this morning through Uber only for the delivery driver to receive the wrong bag the first time, and then the second time they messed up half of our order. Really frustrating.

  The amount of times this particular McDonald has messed up our order is SO absurd. I have called and complained after the last few times to which the manager said she would look into who packed it to resolve the issue after the 4th time rhat half our order was missing when ordering off uber. Will be going anywhere else but here. Absolutely ridiculous.

  they messed up my order in drive through but were more than willing to fix theyre mistakes the next day when I was in the area again the lady I dealt with was Lakash and she was very friendly and helpful

  The photo speaks for itself. The patty was cheese side down and fully melted to the box. 🤯 This really pisses me off because putting a hamburger patty with cheese the right way up in a box is something a literal blind person or my 8 year old could do. Luckily, this was a special treat for my dog's 14th birthday and he didn't care that I had to scrape all the cheese out of the box. I would say "do better" but you won't and I'll still continue to come here and be disappointed each time anyway 😂
