  Went around 8:10PM only 3 customer ordered waited for almost 20mins my son’s happymeal order is missing a toy. overall Food is cold, fries is ok(i think they waited for this to complete the) and missing toy(kid disappointed) can’t recommend this place.

  Do not come here after 9pm. Last two times I’ve been here, ordered two simple burgers, sent around the side. First time over 20 minutes becaue “they through it had been given out”. Second time I’m now at minute 15 and waiting.

  Ordered drive thru today around 5:30pm. Food was consistent, but the staff seems like they really need more training on providing good customer service. Good customer service is very crucial part of training. The girl wearing black jacket handed the order saying nothing instead i’m the who said thank you, as a guest. So hopefully management can work on this. Last time I went here its either i wait long or a problem with accuracy.

  This location cannot get my order correct. Honestly, some days it feels more like a high school hang out than a restaurant... there are a couple indoor seats with screens to entertain small kids, but they are always taken. I sat in the drive thru waiting to place my order, even though there was not another vehicle in sight. Despite being closest to home, its my least favorite location

  Almost everyone at this mc donalds is incompetent from the person taking the drive thru order to the person handing you the food First can't listen properly and taking my order for it to be wrong. As I went to pay the manager who looks completely lost is buggin the drive thru lady as she's taking orders... It's a wonder why they have so many messed up orders. Then when I'm waiting at the end for my order I sit and wait there for another 20 min just for the worker to ask me if I'm waiting for a different order and once he realizes I've been waiting for a long time all he does is pulls my bag from the side counter. I guess its been ready for a while so I'll have a cold burger which was also not the right one.
