    I had a really positive experience thanks to Temi at this McDonald’s. She was kind, patient, and very professional. Even though there was a mistake with my order, she immediately apologized and made sure it was fixed quickly without any hassle. Her attitude and customer service really stood out and made my visit much better. Thank you, Temi!

    Lady that took our order was incredibly hard to understand. Whoever was taking orders and serving foold at 11-11:15 friday june 26 needs to be working elsewhere or in a different position…. I asked for sauce and she gave me some dirty look which I looked past, then she handed me a tray and I mentioned that we had asked for a bag. Instead of giving us one she argued that I said I didnt want one when my gf and I both remember I said yes. (Because it was so hard to understand her) She also forgot my gfs drink… terrible experience.

    Hyacinthe provided some of the best customer service I’ve had at McDonald’s. She was incredibly kind, efficient, and had a smile on her face the whole time. My order was accurate, and she made the experience quick and enjoyable. McDonald’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and welcoming employee. Highly recommend!

    For hyacinthe: I just had to leave a review because my experience at this McDonald's today was absolute perfection, and it was entirely thanks to Hyacinthe! From the moment I stepped up to order, she greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile that instantly brightened my day. Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, Hyacinthe remained completely calm, focused, and incredibly efficient. She took my order with absolute precision, double-checking everything to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it, and her positive energy was absolutely infectious. It is so incredibly rare to find someone in fast food who exhibits this level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction. She didn't just hand me a bag of food; she made me feel truly valued as a guest. The food was piping hot and fresh, but it was Hyacinthe’s stellar attitude and top-tier hospitality that will definitely make me a regular at this location. McDonald's management needs to recognize what an absolute gem they have in her. she deserves a raise! Thank you, Hyacinthe, for turning a quick lunch run into an amazing experience! For Shalom: I just had to take a moment to leave a review because my experience at this McDonald's today was absolutely outstanding, and it was all thanks to Shalom! Right from the start, she greeted me with an incredibly warm, bright, and genuine smile that instantly set a positive tone for my entire day. Even though the restaurant was buzzing with activity and the rush was clearly on, Shalom handled the high pressure with absolute grace, speed, and a calm, professional demeanor that you rarely see. She took my order with total precision, making sure every single detail was correct, and her upbeat, friendly energy was honestly contagious. It is so refreshing to encounter someone in customer service who genuinely cares about making people happy and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. She didn’t just hand me my food; she made me feel completely welcome and valued as a guest. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone like Shalom representing their team. she is a total rockstar and absolutely deserves to be recognized for her phenomenal service! I will definitely be returning to this location because of her.

    Garbage service. Made me wait 10 minutes for food when they weren't even busy. Then, they gave me the wrong food. I ordered a Big Mac, and they put a quarter pounder with cheese in a big Mac box and called it good enough. Go elsewhere. This location SUCKS.
