  Terrible service went 1 day before 7 got food no problem next morning got told it was impossible to get food before 7 , why open a McDonald's at 6 and not serve food absolutely terrible !

  In hectic work environment the team is.dealing amazing! Counter Assistant is managing the processes in a great way and keep being a human 😊😇 i appreciate the approach of the McDonald's team . Thank you

  There is a lady who always works front counters. I see her during weekdays only early mornings. She really needs to learn how to smile. my WORD! Her customer service skills (friendly, warm greeting, even a smile!!!! 0/10). I would consider her to be ALMOST RUDE to deal with. Her expressions she uses, not okay..Her name tag says "Natasha".

  I understand it's a busy location, but every time I go here hoping maybe they'll get my order right this time or maybe my food won't be old, something is of course wrong. The staff is friendly, but they've never accommodated for giving me old food, and are the reason my order is rung in wrong.
