This is one of the worst locations in Alberta in my experience. I've gone here many times over a couple years, and every single time I've had some kind of issue.
If I had a 25 cent bag for every time they've gotten my order wrong..
When you try to get the order corrected, the staff are incredibly rude - especially the manager. The manager is incredibly arrogant and never accepts blame, always blames the customer for something, or basically refuses any kind of help.
The food here is rarely fresh, even during rush hour you're likely to get old fries, and burgers slapped together with such little care that the cheese is not even touching the burger it's so far off.
Every time I've ordered from this location via Skip or Uber Eats, the food has been cold. We live 5 minutes from the location.
I frequently work odd hours, and often visit at around 3-4 AM, and 4 times now, I've placed mobile orders, gotten to the drive-thru, and they've told me "we're not taking orders, our system is updating" - which is a blanket excuse for understaffing, as no other location does this. If you're going to stop taking orders, turn off the option to order from your location. Put a pylon in front of the drive-thru so people can't drive up. Stop advertising that you're open 24 hours. Each time I've experienced this I've gone to another location, only a couple minutes away, and been able to get service. If there really was a system update preventing them from taking orders, it would affect all locations, not just one.
Every time I order here, they have me leave the drive-thru to park in a numbered parking space. If you're so backed up that you can't handle incoming orders, either stop taking additional orders, or hire more staff.
In the mornings, people are in a rush to get to their actual jobs, making them leave the drive thru to wait for you to pack it up and then walk it out to them not only defeats the entire purpose of a drive-thru, but makes people late for work! If my food isn't ready, you should NOT be serving other customers, I should be waiting AT the drive-thru, so you can not only get me my order, but catch up to serve others.
3 Separate times I've placed mobile orders, which charged my card, and they've told me the payment didn't go through, I showd them the transaction in both the mobile app AND my banking app, and they still asked me to pay again. I was able to get those refunded, but paying twice for my food is not acceptable.
For a long time when placing a mobile order, there was no option to add a bag at this location. I asked for a bag at the drive-thru, they told me I didn't order one. Explained to them that the option didn't exist, Even had the manager look at the app on my phone, only to STILL argue with me that it is there, but saw herself that it wasn't. They charge 25 cents for a bag, and instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they spent 15 minutes arguing. You lost more time in man hours than it would cost to just give the customer a bag.
Another time, I went to the drive-thru, and after waiting 20 minutes in the designated parking space they made me go to, they brought me someone else's order. When I showed them my order in the app, they refused to replace the order.
Bags is a whole category itself. It isn't specific to this location, but paper bags do not cost 25 cents. Grocery stores have much larger, tougher bags for 10 cents. The carboard fry and burger containers cost more to make than bags, yet those are included.
If you're not going to give a customer a bag, don't hand them an open container of fries. Get some kind of closable fry containers.
Seriously, the manager here should NOT be employed. She is not capable of customer service by any definition of the phrase. She will argue with you, tell you their mistakes are your own fault, refuse to refund or replace mistakes.
If you can get to another location, I recommend avoiding this one. There are 2 others within a very short distance, and they're fantastic.
