  Very disappointing experience with this McDonald’s location. One of the managers, Terence, treated staff in a way that came across as discriminatory and racist. There was also an incident where a staff member assaulted another employee, and the situation did not seem to be handled appropriately. A workplace should be safe and respectful for everyone, and this location seriously needs to improve how employees are treated.

  If you want your order to be right don't come to this location. I'll now drive out of my way to a different location because the service at Manning is horrible. Considering how much the prices have skyrocketed you'd think they'd have a bit more care and quality control for your order. Hate it here. Major training needs to happen and/or management change

  This McDonald’s no longer has a pop machine to get yourself your pop, which means you can NOT get refills!! I even asked when getting my food if they do refills on the pop and the girl said no. So that sucks. They half filled my cup with ice and so my medium coke was really only half full. Half a coke didn’t cut it. They were also extremely slow at getting our food.

  Disgusting!! Went through drive through for a coffee, got to the windows and was presented with a debit machine that was covered in some form of visible stickiness all over the touchpad. When I mentioned it to the girl at the windows she said yes but it still has the protective screen on it. Took her finger, picked it then rubbed it all over the screen. I said wash it, she said no we can't we can wipe it....I said Disgusting and drove away. So now I have to wash my debit card and wallet . What condition is the rest of the kitchen in?

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant at 3708, 158 st nw. I placed an order through the drive-thru that included two burgers, 20 chicken nuggets, two McFlurries, and one large fries. Upon arriving home, I discovered that one of the burgers was missing from my order. I returned to the restaurant to address the issue. Unfortunately, the staff response was unprofessional, there was laughter, no apology, and no demonstration of basic customer service. I presented my receipt and returned the untouched food. Initially, I was told to keep the cold food while they would only provide the missing burger. I explained that the food was already cold and I did not want to keep it. Although they agreed to replace the order, I later realized that the food had simply been reheated and repackaged rather than freshly prepared. This experience was extremely disappointing. I ended up discarding the entire order, resulting in a loss of $48.17. More importantly, this situation negatively impacted my family, and I have decided not to return to this location in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve your customer service and food quality standards.
