  Extremely disappointed with the service and the situation. The first time I came in I had asked for light ice in my coffee, was told no (I find it waters down the coffee a lot if theres too much ice). Came the next day and asked for no ice, and was told my cup would only be half full and was offered no explanation - pretty disappointing. I went and paid for my coffee and the entire thing was full of ice. It was virtually 1/3-1/4 of coffee and the rest ice. This is only an issue at this location as other stores still offer the light ice option. I’m wondering why this is a new standard as they used to provide the light ice option? Also disappointed in how it was handled

  I dunno when it started going so wrong. But the flavor just isn't there anymore.

  Terrible all round. It took around 10 minutes to get attended to, it wasn't a lengthy queue either, there just wasn't anyone at the front. When they finally did come to take my order, I asked for French Vanilla Coffee, but the cashier said they didn't know what that was / they didn't have that - apparently they have another name for it. It took a few minutes of explaining to finally arrive at what i wanted. I found that weird because there's no way you work at a shop that also has a dedicated coffee brand and not be able to tell what a customer means when they ask for french vanilla coffee. Nevertheless, it's pretty clear that the server was just playing dumb. When it was time to give my offer, the person just came to the front yelled out a number, dropped a cup on the counter and left - It was my first time at McDonald's so i didn't know what the number meant, but i figured it was the product number of the coffee, and that was my order - It was just dropped on the counter and she went to the back..

  Terrible location. Workers are rude as heck. Their system they use for their code DO NOT WORK. They offer no help or solutions to fix it. I literally will give them a code, they always say it doesnt work. I will literally drive to another location and give them the same code Beaumaris says doesnt work, and it works. Never coming back here. Their fries are always gross and cold too

  I am beyond furious with this McDonald’s. This was not just a bad experience — it was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I opened my order and found BONES in my food… how does that even happen at a place like this?! And if that wasn’t bad enough, there was visible MOLD on it. MOLD. That is a serious health hazard, not just a “mistake.” This is straight-up negligence and shows a complete lack of basic hygiene and food safety. I paid for a meal and got something that looked like it belonged in the trash. I couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw everything away. Whoever is responsible for quality control at this location clearly does not care at all. I will NEVER be coming back, and I seriously question how this place is even allowed to stay open.
