  This is honestly the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had (repeatedly). I understand that fast food is such a small thing to be upset about, however every time I come here I get double even TRIPLE charged, to the point I spent the last of my bus cash because they threatened to call the POLICE and refused to give me my food. I showed them my receipt, and bank records. I’ve now paid with my debit TWICE. Keeping in mind I’m INSANELY polite and calm as I get that customer service is horrible to work in, however I was denied YET AGAIN and told I’m lying, so I was forced to pay with cash (I was too embarrassed to cancel the order, I had also already paid for it TWICE.) The manager was called up (not by my request), he was lovely to deal with! Maria however… was a HORRIBLE human to deal with. Every time I speak to her she is incredibly rude and snappy at me, and treats me like a criminal when I’m literally just trying to eat cheese and carbs on my way home from work. For reference: my order was a little over $15. I paid about $50 total.

  The workers are wonderful and service is great no complains I'm just annoyed when during work I make a stop trying to get some tea with 2 honey and they can put milk in the tea they can also make your burgers and shakes ice-cream everything but due to safety reasons they can't put honey in the tea........ Which makes alot of sense ( sarcasm) Btw no hate to the workers you guys are wonderful and have never messed up at all genuinely I understand it isn't your fault I'm just annoyed McDonald's changed this policy for only some McDonald's which is weird and inconvenient

  I visited this location on Friday evening, April 10, around 6:15 PM, using the drive-thru window, and the experience was unacceptable. I went there specifically to redeem expiring reward points after being repeatedly prompted to do so, only to be told that fries and coke were not eligible. Because of that, I ended up paying for my food. That was already frustrating, but I chose to move on. At the pickup window, I politely asked for a single mayonnaise sachet. The manager on duty, a larger-built male (Filipino I think), immediately raised his voice and repeatedly stated that it was not free. It costs money. I made it clear I was willing to pay, but he refused and kept insisting that I should have handled it at the previous window. This made no sense, especially when the request could have easily been resolved on the spot. Are things really at a point where a manager cannot spare a single sachet for a paying customer? And even when I offered to pay, I was still met with attitude and refusal over something so minor. This was not about the cost. It was about basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I was spoken to in a loud, confrontational manner over a trivial request. This location used to be much better. This experience reflects poor judgment and unacceptable customer service from someone in a managerial position. I strongly recommend this incident be reviewed and addressed.
