  I did mobile order table service eventually 10 minutes went by so I went to ask and they seem very frustrated and chaotic in there,so she asked someone to make my order and then they're yelling my order at the counter didn't even do table service not to mention it's really dirty in the lobby here. Coffee was not as hot as it should be also

  Absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager Shehnaaz at McDonald’s. She was yelling at an employee like they were garbage, right in front of customers. Completely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. No manager should treat staff with that level of disrespect. Watching someone abuse their position and humiliate workers publicly was pathetic and unacceptable. McDonald’s seriously needs to discipline this manager because behavior like this creates a toxic workplace and ruins the customer experience too.

  The girls working at the front around 9:00 PM were excellent. They handled the kids very professionally while also making sure the safety of other customers was a priority. Their patience, attentiveness, and ability to manage the situation smoothly were greatly appreciated. Great customer service and a positive experience overall.

  Open 24 hours should mean fresh food 24 hours! Went through drive thru late night. Iced coffee was not even cold, mcchicken and junior chicken sandwiches tasted stale- sauce was basically in the box and on paper rather than on sandwich. I don’t know how hard it is to spread sauce properly on sandwich when there is not a single other order for it to be rushed. Takes 5 seconds!! Basically had to throw away the chicken nuggets as they were stale to the point of not being edible. This is just after 5 minutes from leaving the drive-thru. The only good thing was fries which were fresh for once!

  McDonald's is McDonald's. It's the same everywhere. This store is clean and food is average But I will never step foot in this location ever again. Twice in the last month I have been there between 230 and 300 pm. The manager is yelling at the employees,second guessing their every move and berating them by treating them not very good. In the 15 mins it tool me to eat my lunch I got a headache listening to her screaming at the workers. NOT COOL!!
